Welcome to Houston Executive Suites. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, facilities, and website. By using our services, entering our premises, or entering into any agreement with Houston Executive Suites, you agree to comply fully with these Terms. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
“Houston Executive Suites” refers to the company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and representatives providing office solutions and related services.
“Client” refers to any individual, company, or organization that uses, books, or purchases Houston Executive Suites’ services or facilities.
“Services” include, but are not limited to, fully furnished offices, coworking spaces, private suites, virtual offices, meeting rooms, conference facilities, business support services, internet access, utilities, and related professional services.
“Agreement” refers to a formal agreement signed between the Client and Houston Executive Suites for the provision of services.
“Website” refers to the official Houston Executive Suites website and any online booking portals provided.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using Houston Executive Suites’ services, booking office space, or accessing our facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older, and for businesses legally authorized to operate in the United States.
Houston Executive Suites reserves the right to refuse services to any individual or entity at its discretion.
4. Services and Use
Clients may use Houston Executive Suites’ services strictly for professional and lawful business purposes.
Facilities must not be used for illegal activities, unsafe practices, or any conduct that may disturb other clients, staff, or building occupants.
Houston Executive Suites reserves the right to restrict access or terminate services for any client who misuses facilities, disrupts operations, or engages in illegal or unsafe behavior.
Clients must adhere to posted building rules, safety instructions, and policies regarding office and common area usage.
5. Booking, Payments, and Billing
All bookings for offices, suites, or meeting rooms must be made through the Houston Executive Suites booking system, website, or by direct communication with our staff.
Pricing for services is outlined in the Agreement and on the Houston Executive Suites website. All fees are subject to change at the discretion of Houston Executive Suites with prior notice to clients.
Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in the Agreement. Accepted payment methods include [list methods: credit/debit cards, bank transfers, checks, online payments].
Late payments may incur penalties, interest, or suspension of services until payment is received in full.
Houston Executive Suites reserves the right to adjust fees or implement additional charges for extended use, additional services, or misuse of facilities.
6. Cancellations and Terminations
Clients may cancel bookings according to the cancellation policy outlined in their Agreement.
Houston Executive Suites may terminate an Agreement or access to services under the following circumstances:
Non-payment or late payment of fees
Violation of these Terms
Misuse or damage of property or facilities
Conduct deemed unsafe or disruptive to others
Termination does not absolve the client from paying fees incurred prior to termination.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of any accounts, access cards, codes, or keys provided.
Personal belongings, business equipment, and sensitive information must be secured. Houston Executive Suites is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to client property.
Clients must conduct themselves professionally and courteously at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Clients are responsible for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws while on Houston Executive Suites premises.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy
Houston Executive Suites respects client privacy. All personal and business information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Clients may be exposed to other businesses’ confidential information while in shared spaces; Houston Executive Suites is not responsible for such exposure.
Clients must not disclose proprietary information of Houston Executive Suites, its staff, or other clients without written consent.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials, branding, designs, and content provided by Houston Executive Suites remain the intellectual property of the company.
Clients may not copy, distribute, or use these materials without prior written permission.
Any client-created content used within Houston Executive Suites facilities (e.g., marketing materials, signage) remains the property of the client, but Houston Executive Suites reserves the right to display or promote such content with permission.
10. Safety and Security
Houston Executive Suites implements reasonable safety and security measures to protect clients and property.
Clients must comply with all emergency procedures, security instructions, and safety policies.
Unauthorized entry, tampering with security systems, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal from the premises.
11. Limitation of Liability
Houston Executive Suites provides its services “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted access or complete error-free facilities.
The company is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services.
Clients agree to indemnify Houston Executive Suites from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from their use of services or violation of these Terms.
In no event shall Houston Executive Suites’ liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
12. Force Majeure
Houston Executive Suites is not liable for delays or failures in service caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, government restrictions, or other emergencies.
Clients agree that services may be temporarily suspended under such circumstances without obligation of refund, except as otherwise specified in the Agreement.
13. Amendments
Houston Executive Suites reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted on the website and communicated to clients via email where applicable.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or services shall be resolved in courts located in Houston, Texas.
Clients agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably with Houston Executive Suites before pursuing legal remedies.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any Agreement signed by the client, constitute the entire understanding between the client and Houston Executive Suites regarding use of services.
No oral statements, prior agreements, or representations not included herein shall be binding.
